This is the longest and deepest valley of the Krušné Mountains and due to its natural habitat it was declared a nature park in 2002. The park covers ca. 6,500 hectares and its altitude is between 380 and 850 metres above sea level. It is entered directly from the town which makes it an important suburban recreational zone for the citizens of Chomutov. You can reach Bezruč Valley on foot, following the tourist paths, or by bike. Walkers, cyclists and in-line skaters often use the seven kilometre long asphalt track from the end of the valley to a place called Třetí mlýn (Third Mill).
