This trail runs between two border crossings. The road quality is adequate. The route begins at the border crossing Jiříkov - Neugersdorf and continues to Jiříkov towards another border crossing Jiříkov - Ebersbach.

Then the road goes through more demanding section across a border forest to the city of Šluknov. Here the road crosses bike trails No. 211 and No. 3042 and continues towards Nová Hraběcí and border crossing Lipová - Sohland, where it meets bike trail No. 3041. Then the route continues through village Liščí all the way to villages Severní and Lobendavy. From Lobendava the trail goes to Dolní Poustevny, where it ends at a border crossing again.
