The theatre building is one of the dominant features of the town and it enhances the beauty of this spa town. Both the citizens of Teplice and spa guests fully enjoy all the services on offer provided by the local theatre. The theatre does not only stage theatre performances, concerts and other events, there is also a cinema, various theatre organised educational courses, costume rental, and it is also possible to rent premises for a ball or other events.

There is a website where you can join a discussion on the various events and projects organised by the DK (House of Culture) and the KD (Krušnohorské Theatre) and you can influence the choice of artists coming to town. For example you can have your say in which artists should come to Teplice for one of its biggest cultural events, that the DK and KD have been organising in the last years, the Ceremonial opening of the spa season in Teplice. The event is organised for the last weekend in May.
