This trail connects the ruins of the Blansko castle with the Elbe river valley in Ústecké středohoří. At the beginning, you will encounter a relatively steep climb from the Elbe river down to Goat hill and later to Blansko. Towards the end the road goes sharply down again all the way to the Elbe river.
From the railway/bus station in Neštědice you will first walk on a road but you will make a left turn in front of a convenience store. The road takes a long and sharp uphill climb all the way to the saddle below Goat hill. At the saddle you will take a side road which goes up to the top (380 m), where you will certainly enjoy the beautiful view of the Elbe valley. From the saddle you continue through a meadow and onto a road that will take you to Mašovice. Here you make left and join a field road which goes alternately up and down through the woods and fields and ends at a road where you make a right turn and follow it all the way to Mírkov.
Walk through the village and then you join another road, which will take you below the castle Blansko (540 m). Our sign will leave the road (Blansko forest is in front of you) and begins to climb very sharply up to the castle ruins, goes around the top on the north side and then falls down sharply to Ryjické valley down to a road and continues along the road and along Neštěmický brook all the way to Ryjice and later to Neštěmice where it ends at a public transportation stop in Ústí.
