The golf course is situated in the north-west part of Ústí nad Labem on the edge of the former Všebořický mine in a recultivated area. It takes advantage of the local landscape - the wooded edges of the former mine and the area around the lake that was created by flooding up the original coal mining strata. The first nine holes include varied and different courses with an interesting elevation; in most parts the tees have been landscaped in the form of terraces. Most holes of the second round of nine surround a lake, but even here the players come across two holes situated clearly above the surrounding terrain, justifying the name of the club called Terasy (Terraces).
The driving range is adequately long and wide; there are target greens, additional greens for practising and sand traps. The whole complex has a very good quality club house with a restaurant, club facilities and also winter training facilities. Currently, it takes around one hour to reach the golf course from Prague but the journey will be much shorter once the D8 motorway is completed.
